Getting Started

What is NavHub?

NavHub is a smart personal navigation platform that helps you organize bookmarks, build customized dashboards, and use AI to manage your online resources efficiently.

Is NavHub free?

Yes! NavHub has a free plan with 500 bookmarks, 3 pages, and basic features. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited bookmarks and advanced features.

How do I create an account?

  1. Go to navhub.info/signup
  2. Sign up with email or use Google/GitHub/Apple
  3. Verify your email
  4. Start using NavHub

Can I use NavHub on mobile?

Yes, NavHub is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. Native mobile apps are in development.

Bookmarks

How many bookmarks can I save?

  • Free: 500 bookmarks
  • Pro: Unlimited

Can I import from Chrome/Firefox?

Yes! Export your bookmarks as HTML from your browser and import them in NavHub Settings → Import/Export.

How do I organize bookmarks?

Use a combination of:

  • Folders — For hierarchy (Work, Personal, Projects)
  • Tags — For cross-cutting topics (#to-read, #reference)

What happens if I exceed the free limit?

Your bookmarks are preserved. You can view all, but can only add new ones if you delete some or upgrade to Pro.

What widgets are available?

Free: Clock, Weather, Bookmarks, To-Do, Search, Notes

Pro adds: RSS Feed (unlimited), Embed, Calendar, Analytics

How do I add a widget?

  1. Click + Add Widget on your dashboard
  2. Select the widget type
  3. Configure settings
  4. Position by dragging

Can I resize widgets?

Yes, drag the corners or edges of most widgets to resize them.

AI Features

What AI features are included?

  • Auto-categorization (suggest tags/folders)
  • AI summaries (extract key points)
  • Smart search (natural language)
  • Translation

How do AI tokens work?

AI features consume tokens. Free gets 10,000/month, Pro gets 100,000/month.

Are my bookmarks used for AI training?

No. Your data is never used to train AI models. It’s only processed to provide features to you.

Account & Billing

How do I upgrade to Pro?

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Choose billing cycle
  4. Enter payment details

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in Settings → Account. You keep Pro until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit/Debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Is there a refund policy?

Privacy & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes:

  • All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS)

Can I export my data?

Yes, export all your bookmarks anytime in Settings → Import/Export.

Do you track my browsing?

No. The browser extension only activates when you click it to save a bookmark.

Technical

What browsers are supported?

  • Chrome (and Chromium-based)
  • Firefox
  • Edge
  • Safari (web app only, extension coming soon)

Does it work offline?

Basic viewing works offline. Syncing requires internet connection.

Is there an API?

Enterprise plans include API access. Contact sales@navhub.info.

Troubleshooting

I forgot my password

  1. Go to navhub.info/reset-password
  2. Enter your email
  3. Click the reset link in your email
  4. Create a new password

The extension isn’t working

  1. Make sure you’re signed in
  2. Try refreshing the page
  3. Disable and re-enable the extension
  4. Clear browser cache

My bookmarks aren’t syncing

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Sign out and back in
  3. Force refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)
  4. Contact support if issue persists

I’m getting an error

Note the error message and contact support@navhub.info with:

  • What you were trying to do
  • The exact error message
  • Your browser and version
